​How do I place an order?

 

Add items to your Shopping Bag as you browse the site. Click the Shopping Bag icon to see the selections you have made. You may add or remove items at any time. When you have made your final decision then proceed to Checkout. Your order is not finalized until you submit your payment details.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

 

Credit Cards - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Secure online processing is provided through Authorize.net.


Checks and Money Orders - We accept Personal Checks, Company Checks, Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders. Returned checks will be assessed a $20.00 service charge.

 

PayPal Checkout - PayPal is the world’s largest online payment network, serving over 30 million members in 38 countries. With PayPal you can pay anyone using your credit card or checking account without giving out your credit card and checking account information to the people you pay. You can also receive money through PayPal. This provides a greater level of privacy and security when making payments online.

 

How do you ship?

 

When you place an order with us we move into action! We know you need your Furr right now, so all our orders are shipped as soon as possible to make sure your purchase reaches you quickly.

 

Domestic Orders

 

Primarily we ship via USPS Standard Post with a 3-8 day delivery time.  If you require your package sooner or delivered by a different carrier, during checkout you will be provided other shipping options to choose from.  Upon shipment you will be emailed a confirmation with your tracking number.  We deliver to anywhere in the United States and all military (APO/FPO) addresses.

 

International Orders

 

You will have the option to choose International shipping through either USPS or Fedex.  

 

Duties and Taxes

 

Duties and taxes are the responsibilities of the recipient; these fees will be due at the time of delivery. BUTT FURR is not responsible for customs and duties. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. For more duties and tax information, please contact your local customs office.

 

Risk of Loss

 

All products purchased from BUTT FURR are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, BUTT FURR. Title to products purchased from BUTT FURR, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when we deliver these items to the carrier.

What is your return & refund policy?

We attempt to describe the items offered on buttfurr.com as accurately as possible. However, descriptions or other content on the Site may not always be accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Apparel sizing varies, so you must use our sizing charts. We cannot be held responsible for your garments if they are not sized properly. The size you order should be determined by the measurement that would indicate the largest size. If you are between sizes, always round up to the larger size. Styles, colors and sizes are subject to change at any time and without any notice.  We have also made every effort to display the items featured on this site as accurately as possible. The site cannot be responsible for the limitations of your monitor’s display of any color or detail. For optimal viewing, we recommend setting your monitor to 1024 x768 or higher. Please contact us if you have any questions, and carefully inspect items when you receive them.

All Butt Furr products are guaranteed 100% against material defects or faulty workmanship.  Our quality control inspectors make every effort to ensure that your Butt Furr product will be sent to you in perfect condition.  If however you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, you may return the product to BUTT FURR in accordance with the following policy.

 

Returns

 

We take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction and service reputation. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange. Please contact our Customer Service Department within 14 days of delivery and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA #). This is a mandatory requirement. Returned merchandise will be refused without a Return Authorization Number. All products must be returned in new condition, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Furrkinnis must still have the sanitary strip attached to receive a refund or exchange. Returns must be received within 30 days from date of order for U.S. & Canadian customers and within 60 days for International customers. A copy of the original invoice must accompany returns. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

 

Exchanges


To exchange your item for something else, it is best to return your item for a full refund and then place a new order through our website. That way you get your new item quickly and don't risk it selling out. Please contact our Customer Service Department to process your return or if you have any other questions.

 

Refunds

 

You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid. If you return any part of an order that was part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced. Refunds will be remitted in the same form as the original purchase when possible. Please note that gift orders will be refunded to the original purchaser. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, unless you receive a defective or wrong item. If this is the case please use “standard ground” delivery when returning items. Reimbursement will only be made at this rate. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refunds credit to show up on your credit card statement.
